I was not aware that private placement share holders get insider info. I believe you are incorrect. I am a 2005 PP shareholder and have no more info than any other share holder. My stock is common just like yours, I am holding this stock based on a development company with a good idea, some patents and dedicated founders. Please stop trying to stir up trouble, this company has gone to great lenghts to be clean and above pump and dump.
