BOCA RATON - Penn-Florida Realty Corp. has recently leased a total of 88,327sf - with leases in the South Florida market totaling 40,222sf and 48,105sf in Central Florida.

South City Plaza, one of the newest additions to Penn-Florida’s South Florida portfolio, represented 19,649sf of new leases with Wall Street Capital occupying 11,549sf and Envit Capital LLC’s expansion to 8,100sf.

New leases at Penn-Florida Commerce Center include Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Systems Inc. with 6,293sf and Edward H. Gilbert PA occupying 5,302sf.
