newair, i actually removed SPG from my streamer. That stock has gone insane and each time I wanted to buy puts on SPG, i have only seen it gained more ground. I give up on SRS SPG and other REITs. They are too strong and the correction is not even here. frown

BTW, i hate the premium on SPG too.
