That don't add up so well..

If they were planning on dumping shares, why not just switch TAs again and put out some mult-million dollar contracts during the change in TA's...

They're not PR'ing the type of info that a P&D would.

IMO - you're way way wrong... and you're about to miss another boat because of it.
