Now you wish to "soften" your statement with the right of the management to make business decisions. Is is OK to pay employees and/or consultants with the unintended result of "draining off the assets". IT IS NOT OK TO DO SO WITH THE INTENT TO DRAIN OFF THE ASSETS as you stated it was. Please get that through your head. One is stupid but legal and one is fraud. You just can't seem to figure out there is a difference because fraud is hard to prove, therefore, "lets just call it legal".
Cut your crap and admit you misspoke so we can leave this dreadful issue.
