People not going to PAY .10 for a buyout offer of .10. Are you kidding me?? The fact is that most are NOT willing to pay from .02 to .10 based on a buyout offer that is just the word of the CEO. Also need many more SIGNED CONTRACTS I would say for people to start jumping in.
