Funding thru the end of May question. Considering the idea of multi year licensing? Straight term loan possible? History of dilluted financing can we change that?

We have alot of going concern issues and history that has put us benind the eight ball. we have taken action recently to become a more investment company so that dillution is stopped. Licensing IP to gain revenue is a key strategy. Trying to get up to speed in generating revenue.

Conversions Rights C have been stopped in February? Answer: Not seen as a limition on conversion rights. Continues to be convertable!
