Well for the complacent...as some on this board...they will tell you nothing...I say BS. The SEC has a link on its web page for reporting perceived violations and manipulation. All I will say is post away if you care, if yo do not..then watch it continue to be manipulated.

I know the pacifist will say...."the SEC will do nothing" and if everyone does nothing they will be correct, but I can at least know I did my part in trying to fix the problem instead of standing by and watching it occur.
