You guys do not seem to see how this is going down. It is very clearly stated. Jones Exhaust is going to be an AERP "Subsidiary". Jones Exhaust is an acqusition. This is not a reverse merger, and the symble will not change to jones something. It will remain and AERP symble. JMHO Below it is stated clearly.
