Let's help out those that do not know the O/S:

As of May 8th 2008 the current O/S is 525,035,229 shares of common,now we all know the O/S.We all know that right now Etrade,CNBC and whoever you want to check with shows 1.1BIL O/S.

So That means NOT ALL SHARES ARE COVERED!!! PERIOD!!
