IMO,

This will be subpenny when it can be bought purchased again over the counter. The PR from Sunday was long over due and may prove little too late. It is a great risk to do so. But maybe time to hit very hard when it comes back again? 2 million shares at .009? One Press Release from Welwind that Financing has closed will make this a 10 cent PPS in two days... Depends on how hard they market it etc.
All of this GREEN going forward after the market heals could easily make this a 40 cents PPs if and when financing/ground is broken..
