We all know its good business to answer e-mails and phone calls, however you have to realize the e-mails and maybe phone calls can be in the hundreds at least for e-mails and phone calls maybe a little annoying.. I figure its not unlike us putting sales people on the do not call list. I wonder if they can afford someone to handle just these things.
