Palladium, Here's the deal...
This is all from memory, but I think its reasonably accurate.
The Russians have this gigantic Nickel mine in Siberia (biggest in the world) that throws off palladium as a byproduct. So much so that they stock pile it (and have a big old pile, multiple years annual consumption) to keep from crashing the price.
I believe its primary use is Diesel engine catalytic converters.
Anyway, the Russian stock pile has always kept me from getting excited about any palladium miners. There is a reasonably big on in the USA, though. I think the symbol is PAL.
