Well I'd say it is unethical to tell somebody that they are not diluting to a certain extent, but do so anyway. Is it not unlawful to say they are not going to up the AS, but do so w/in 2 weeks? Have you watched the Kevin Trudeau video? He says that officers are legally obligated to keep the SP as high as possible. They could have avoided so much dilution. We were supposed to get LJ and JB to promote product as part of the deal. The HFBG girls don't work for free. That model they hired does not work for free. Where did 600M shares go? They reduced the AS to 470M, but on a 1/1090 split, we ended up w/ 9M shares. It does not add up, and they may be unlawful. Are you losing the heart to see justice?
