well deep thinking and critical analysis appear scarce. many young people no longer read books or classics or great works. they are not taught to think independently and to patiently evaluate. they download commoditized, biased news bits and wiki or google for school work. for some reason the new thing is if someone disagrees with you, they personally attack. i must be getting old but things seem to be deteriorating at a rapid pace. voting now is like another video game - just click. we no longer have real news media. if you want alittle truth or clarity on simple events, you have to dig and question and source. some of the media crap I read is so blatantly defective, contradictory and subjective, I can't get further than a few lines.
