Here is something to look at. The U.S. is slow to cap and tax carbon emissions. In a short time the U.S. will I believe. Take a look at what the rest of the world is doing. Most countries are already taxing carbon and emissions at a high rate. Not only is XPGH huge in the US I look for them to be a big player worldwide very shortly. All IMO off course :)
