Whomever did the last fins did not even put their name on it, LOL I doubt they have engaged an auditor, they do not even say who does the accounting. Surely they would have PRed the hiring of an auditor if they had one that would be a pretty big deal?
What is even more blatant is that nobody spends hundreds of millions of dollars to buy out a company with out an audit. That is just plain common sense.
