If there are enough interested buyers that are willing to buy at the ask the stock will rise. If a flipper is in at 0005 and gets out at .0007 he expects it to fall to .0005 again he doesnt make it fall to .0005 the person who see his sale and panic sells makes it go to .0005. But if the flipper is out at .0007 and there are still buyers hitting the ask it will just raise and he will be forced to buy back in at .0007 or just ditch the stock. No im not flipping bbda.
