Of course it really matters.

It matters to the current shareholders of this company, and, it matter to Mr. Sulja. He is going to find that hiding behind the claim of being a "dupe" is not a very profitable approach to dealing with his responsibilities. It may have ameliorated some of his difficulties in the short run, but, I suspect that it may increase the issues he will have to face in the long run.
