Song, as of now that's what it looks like.

In normal business dealings if you have a authorized dealer for your products (whatever that is) The dealer usually first purchases a demo. Then as he get orders they issue Purchase orders for you products.

Now if that was the case between SPZI/Kaitrade you think since we are a public company Paul would PR that milestone the they recieved orders/PO'S for SpoozTools.

That's not happening here. So either Paul is involved somehow with these guys, Brain dead, No money to go after them or just don't care.

So who knows he is not talking offically.
