Hi MC, like you say... I'm not sure what went wrong... the programmers? Paul? or just the combination of both.

However, not sure what Paul was thinking, why in all these years he never release a product(especially in the past year). It's obviously the clients where there, because Kaitrade seems to have sales most likely the very same clients spooz had lined up.

I went thru the same situation as Paul, I deal in Law Enforcement Software worked with a few Programmers (and yes they can be very difficult to work with and they bill like lawyers). But I got the product out and it's being used by many agencies thru out the country.

If SpoozTools was a working product and Paul for whatever reason (funds dried up, he got frustrated or just wanted to trade)handed over the sales/support to JU and now seems JU stab him in the back by re-branding SpoozTools under a new name. It just makes you wonder what kind of deal Paul had with JU, there had to be a non-compete and other legal documents signed protecting SPZI's IP when he brought JU on-board and especially when he purchased his company.

So here we are... whats next and how can Paul bring SpoozTools to market which there is now a very similar competing product brought to market by the very same people that worked at SPZI.

It's all a mystery for right now.
