I agree. Screening is a defite topic we should discuss at some point. There are about a million parameters so it would be great to narrow the field to the ones that actually work. The less DD I have to do, the better, I always say. If I could just come up with specific screens for value and growth, it would certainly cut down on the number of stocks I have to look at. When buying long term, the hours of DD for just one stock are substantial. There just aren't enough hours in the day to do proper DD on a lot of stocks. It would be great to be able to screen out all the stocks that aren't worth looking and and be left with ones that merit further investigation.
