Geominex appears to be a relatively large outfit with a lot of equipment and experience in mineral exploitation. Why would they want to get involved with EEGC? Money!!! Always follow the money. The biggest piece of this puzzle that is missing is what is in it for Geominex. Having the knowledge and experience that they obviously have they probably realize that EEGC is holding the rights to a highly successful oil producing liscense. They want in on it. They could just sit back and wait for EEGC to fail and then attempt to apply for a new liscense which may or may not occurr depending on the competition for such a liscense. Or they can get involved now and be guaranteed to hold a large chunk of it if they help EEGC drill with the fairly high probability that there will be oil. I think Geominex took a good look at the seismic data and saw something that makes them want a shot.
