DO you think being that the Company has stated it has over 200 years of combined mining experience Knowingly made the Below Statement in a Press Release to Intentionally Deceive investors unfamilar with the VAST hurdles and hoops that are required in order to STRIP mine a piece of property with in miles of the Colorado river basin? In other words, Do you based upon your experience, Can confidently state that the Company LIED to its investors that it could organize years worth of permitting process/environmental/Federal/State studies and on 12/31/2008 COULD HAVE EVER HAD A CHANCE in heck to make the Mocking bird an OPERATING AND PRODUCING GOLD MINE in 2008?

It is intended that the Company have "Mockingbird" restored as an OPERATING and PRODUCING gold mine in 2008.
