I do not want to see a sale of Neomedia. The potential for the company going forward is much greater in my opinion. Everything discussed here leads me to believe a sale is coming except the Neustar PR. It does not make any sense to partner with Neom only to have it sold a short time later. I would think that the possibility of a sale in the near future would have to have been disclosed to Neustar if Neom were in discussions with possible suitors. Scanbuy seems to me to want to settle with Neom but wouldn't they wait to see who Neom was sold to at this point in time? There is no way a near term sale of the company could remain a secret within the investment community. It would seem to me that price movement past the PTO decision rise would have already been seen. Oh well what do I know, been holding this since 2004 and will not part with a share until this story ends. GLTA HC550
