I am having a similar issue - the data feed did not refresh since 04/15 for 2 stocks. I stopped and started the quotes, with no change. I just quit QuoteTracker and relaunched it, and the data feed still does not show today. But back to your L2 question - how do you know it is not refreshing? I see a time of the quotes, but no date, so I can't tell if it is refreshing.
