With that fantastic PR I predict EESO to sky rocket today. What's different about this PR than other PR in the past is the very careful wording Newbauer used. In the past Newbauer would have stated "EESO secures 10 contracts in South America with an estimated value of $110 million". I think they realize they are under the microscope. Let the sell off begin.....
