The data may indicate the possibility of commercially viable oil and gas deposits, But in the end , that's just what it is. A possibility. Not a guarantee, nor promise of economic productivity and increased return of your capital outlay.
If you want 100% certainty of your investment,Might I suggest you get a good dog or a faithful wife.
