Righto...months ago we hoped that the CD holders would listen to Raley's guidance on how to cash in on their CD's but alas they wouldn't listen to reason and they, themselves have caused this mess we're in with the share structure.

As you said, they know full well that another increase would be virtually meaningless because there would be zero demand for the stock which would mean they couldn't get their money back.

So IMO, through their own greed they have forced themselves into a corner where they now have no choice but to play ball.

Something is taking place behind the scenes and I think we are all going to be pleased with the outcome. In order for the CD holders to get fully paid off this stock needs to recover. So while it's been painful to watch this stock trade for the last few months, I think we'll be seeing bluer skies ahead real soon.

All IMO of course.
