It would not be artificially inflated based on Jared's numbers and his statements.If the buyer would pay.10 they would most certainly pay up to .06/.08.Every buy out I have ever seen the stock moves close to the buy out price.Actually if the selling company declines and the buyer states a counter offer will be made the price sometimes moves at or above the previous offer.I actually could care less about the buy out.I do want to see signed contracts.Bob :))
