IVI Communications, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent With ZKid Network Company to Market Family Safe Browser

LOS ANGELES, Aug 2, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- IVI Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IVCM) a fully reporting and trading company announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with ZKid Network Company ( ZKID ) in which IVI Communications will be able to market and sell the ZKid Browser to their subscribers across the country.

The ZKid Browser makes it easy for families to utilize the Internet in a safe and secure environment. IVI Communications, Inc. will be able to offer the product as part of an option package to their customer base, and share in this add-on revenue.
