Claw I agree with you that we may not hear anything earth shattering tomorrow, but in my opinion moving the case out of Texas, where SB had wanted this because of the history of favorable rulings for plantiffs, back to NYC can only help us in the long run. If SB thought that they had any chance of a win in TX I don't think they would have agreed to move the venue to NY, why would they?
I hope that tomorrows case doesn't get postponed so the Judge can look over the paperwork from TX, imo they are two differant cases and should be heard seperately.
