Well I understand your misunderstanding. When I spoke to Eric on the phone and made my notes, it seemed clear to me, however, when I translated my note into a post, I can see where cloudyness can creep in.

However, things takes more time to work through for a new product than it would if the freeze had not been in place.

I really think the problem in communications here is that Eric is trying his hardess to get us some info, without messing up his relationship with his customers, not that he is trying to pull the wool over anyones eyes.
