The PPS will be Subpenny if Share holders do not have a FACTUAL press release from Welwind Corporate with REAL news. No Obama Fluff Pr's and No possible Project announcments, just Factual News that is in the PipeLine.

PPS went to .0198 today on a 40,000 share sell. Finger on the trigger to buy if I see a Factual press release, otherwise, my million dollar share buy seems closer every day? may have to rethink that buy/??

With the Uptick rule being put in place as stated in an CNN aritcle in the next 60days, more confidence in the market that should get oil above 75 dollars a barrell and this penny stock moving to double digits?/ Having a Factual Hard something from the Company would be splendid.
