Greetings bloodhound99, thanks for great the insight. I called Calypte's customer service number and actually talked with a human. I asked about the Investor & Media link on their site and was told that they were reconfiguring their website and it would be working soon. More importantly, I asked them when, if at all, they were going to file a 10-K annual report form with the SEC. I was told that would most likely be next week. Having been through two unsuccessful marriages, I know when I am being lied to. I could hear it in her voice. I got the feeling that "No dear, we would never let that happen to our relationship" That relationship being yours, mine and others with Calypte.
