NEW YORK, NY, Apr 16, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PRGL), an innovative metals and mining company headquartered in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., announced that the company has been approved for a name change to NYMET Holdings Inc. and 10 to 1 reverse split which will be effective on April 20, 2009.
