May this is a Good Sign for Neomedia. Look at both sides, this is a Win Win situation.

First Why YA released all of the Neomedia liabilities? Think abt. the court date of patent suite against Scambuy getting close, this way will let Neomedia pursuit their interest All the Way in the court (if not settle by then). If settles before that, other parties infringe Neom's patent may think again to settle without YA involved. So Neomedia is the sole party to deal with all the MONEY they can get. But YA still hold large share of the pie no matter which way Neomedia wins either the pps or .....

Second, this is getting exciting part of the story. Now NO YA get involved with the interest of the patents of Neomedia, the door is wide open to invite everyone to come to party, Neomedia can sell the co. to the highest bidder(I hope not).

Since YA still holds a large sum of shares, they would not let their money gone so easy. Neomedia will live (they survived before).

YA just want Neomedia free and clear of any liabilities so they can go or do whatever they want. Of course, JMHO.
