NSCC is a subsidiary of DTCC...I would think that's what is meant.

Anyway, simply search "members" for SSP and Jim Bishop. Janice might know, too: Janice Shell...

also, Woogster might know--he runs a thread on Credit Derivative Swaps (CDS) that dips into DTCC issues...
