I have no doubt now that the IDMI pps is being manipulated to remain in the 1.60 to 1.80 range. The question is why? Is it being kept low so that persons with inside information can load up? I understand that PA Partners have a seat on the BOD. So, PA knows what is going on - are they acting on inside information? I sure would bet they are. I would also bet that they are somehow covering their tracks to avoid alerting the SEC. Hopefully, in the next few weeks we shall get answers.
