IT IS TRUE THAT I AM NOT SURE.!.THERE IS NO FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY! Been here 5 years and there has never been a quarterly or annual report. XLPI has a paid board yet nothing ever is promoted nor or we informed as to what is going on! That is because nothing is going on. XlPI has to be selling their products and nothing is ever reaped by the investors. Sounds like the American taxpayer.Only ones getting rich there is congress. I think I have reason to not be sure!
