Didn't they issued 1B more shares? That's what i understood of the filing.
Maybe i'm wrong?? Not always easy to understand the filings as english is not my motherlanguage. Can someone fill me in with the most important sentences.

To me the filing doesn't look good!! I honestly think they are done except for a miracle??!!
