The answers to your questions are in the SEC filings published by the company. A message board is the worse possible place to get your answers. If you do not know how to review company filings to obtain the information you are seeking, it is probably best that you do not trade stocks.

If you invest or trade based on what you read on a message board, you need to quit investing or trading before you loose all your money
