That is correct on all points. I don't quite see the need for a reverse, and I am trying to make this point with BK in emails. Having a 57-60M O/S is completely fine and actually preferred from my point of view. I think this reverse has actually been holding other investors I know of back because of the negative association they have with reverses in general. Essentially nothing really changes from our point of view in the short term in that the float will remain unchanged, relatively speaking. The same percentage you own of the float right now will tranlate into the same percentage once the reverse is done.

My post is only my opinion, I recommend you always do your own DD! I am not a licensed broker or a professional by any means, so take what I say as entertainment value at best.
