yep, maybe in lumbs world but not the SEC's world imo - actually, the SEC seems to be leaning over the last few years
towards NOT calling those types of PR's acceptable
in many of the last companies revoked by the SEC they have considered fluff types of PR's misleading and some out and out lies and have sued

USXP was a poster child for misleading PR's.. along with many many others

unfortunately, the SEC is very understaffed and not willing to expend their resources on stocks/companies they tell the public everyday to stay away from like pink & gray market stock ..

I'm sure if you sent in a complaint on a stock listed with skull and bones warning .. it would most likely go into the round file
