Sorry but Jared kept side stepping what his perfered to common share conversion rate would or even could be. Saying I'd take less then the common share for my perferd shares to make the share holders more money I don't buy that. Side stepping that question isn't cool at all. Thats something we should have down in writing someplace if the deal happens and you take less thats fine but what could you take? 99.999% of all CEO's would take as much as they could get if they sold a company.
