No one in their right mind releases someone else from all liability that may arise from future acts. No one. No one. No one.
Can we find out what situation(s) created the perceived need for that release? Well, we can always ask YA or Neom's management to just tell us. I really don't expect that to work thork though. If they choose not to tell us, there are only three other ways I know to get an answer: (1) as part of a judicial process; (2) extortion, (3) torture. Of course, (2) and (3) are frowned upon by the civilized world.
