Frankly, I am waiting to hear what is said on the CC.

We knew the 10-K for 2008 wouldn't be pretty. But 2009 certainly appears to be unfolding as a very different year.

The tech is coming on-line, we've got a good decision on our core patent to wave araound. Yes, YA is still a problem, a big problem.

But I think something is going on that could put gas in the tank and substantially reduce the YA problem.
