BC, yep...I was counting down from today. Of course the cc is even closer to the 4/30 date, whereby it is YA's option to continue funding Neom, which I am sure they will do if there is a need to do so.

There may also be an imminent licensing deal in the works that they expect to close on or before 4/30 which would preclude the need for additonal YA funding.

Even if this potential licensing deal were to occur, I am convinced Ian is on a mission to sell the Company as quick as he can with a target value of $200MM or more.
