BC, I agree. IMO, Ian was brought in by YA to sell the company. He has done all the right things to significantly increase the value of Neom to any potential buyers. If he can sell the company for $200MM or more, he will pocket $5MM and potentially remain as CEO under the new ownership with most likely a much higher wage and incentive package. I think "all his ducks are already lined up in a row" with a sale imminent to either Honeywell, Neustar or other large mobile marketing entity. It will be interesting to see what they will disclose during the cc on this issue. April 30th is only 2-1/2 weeks away.
