I have to agree with you on that. They would have to be living in a cave with no outside communications to not know that things weren't looking so spiffy around the time they filed and made the Q4 forecast.

Looking at this from a more positive view one could say that it is good for them to get this all out now; file a poor 4th qtr; do all the restatements and just get it over with. Then it could all be smooth sailing ahead.
